Short Biography:
Michael Eriksen is an
Assistant Professor of Real Estate at the University of Georgia. His research interests are in issues
surrounding low-income housing markets and his prior work has
appeared in the Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Urban
Economics, and Behavior Research Methods. He has taught Real
Estate Finance and Principles of Real Estate in the Terry
College of Business since joining their faculty in 2008. Dr.
Eriksen received both his doctorate and master's degree in
Economics from Syracuse University and a bachelor's in Economics
and Biology from Gonzaga University. He is originally from
Redmond, WA.
